You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts and waive any objection to venue.

19. Snooze Mattress + Wellness Product Use, Care, Returns, and Warranty Guidelines

Product Use and Care Guidelines

To maintain product integrity and ensure eligibility for warranty support, customers must follow the guidelines below:

Use a proper bed frame.
Mattresses must be placed on an appropriate frame or base. Platform beds must have a solid surface support system. If using an adjustable base, the customer is responsible for verifying that their mattress model is compatible with articulating bases prior to use.

Use a mattress protector.
A mattress pad or protector is required to maintain product hygiene and preserve eligibility for returns or warranty claims.
Any stains, soilage, odors, or signs of misuse will void the warranty, regardless of whether a manufacturer defect is present.

Retain all purchase documentation.
Customers must keep their original receipt and the mattress “law tag” label. These items contain essential information required for any warranty claim.

Follow manufacturer-recommended cleaning instructions.
Only manufacturer-approved stain-removal procedures should be used.

Expect normal material changes.
High-density foams, including memory foam, naturally soften over time. Slight changes in firmness, response time, or temperature-related feel are considered normal wear and not defects.

Rotate regularly.
Mattresses should be rotated 180° three to four times per year to promote even wear.
Do not flip your mattress.

Return & Exchange Policy

(Mattress Protector Purchase Required for Eligibility)

120-Night Comfort Guarantee.
For the first 120 days after purchase, customers are eligible for a one-time 100% credit toward a refund or exchange.
- The customer must keep the mattress for a minimum of 30 nights.
- Adjustable bases are non-returnable.
- Tempur-Pedic mattresses are eligible for one-time refund or exchange for up to 90 days (not 120 days).

One-Year Snooze Satisfaction Guarantee.
From day 121 through day 365 post-purchase, customers may return their mattress for a 50% credit toward a new purchase.

Non-returnable items.
- Custom-size mattresses, including California King and Split King, cannot be returned.
- Bedding items (pillows, sheets, protectors, etc.) are not eligible for return once removed from their original packaging.
- Stained, soiled, ripped, torn, or odorous mattresses will not be accepted under any return or exchange program.

Furniture Returns.
Furniture products (including bed sets, massage chairs, and similar items) may be returned within 72 hours of delivery and are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Delivery fees.
Any delivery, pickup, or exchange fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Warranty Information

Manufacturer Warranties.
Most manufacturer warranties cover structural defects only (e.g., sagging beyond the warranty threshold, coil issues). Please refer to your specific product manufacturer for detailed warranty terms.

Warranty coverage exclusions.
Comfort issues are not covered under warranty.
Warranties do not apply to mattresses displaying stains, odors, soilage, rips, tears, or evidence of misuse.
Any damage or breach of the fire barrier will void the warranty entirely.

Furniture Warranty.
All furniture items are covered under the respective manufacturer's warranty terms.

Extended Warranty for Select Brands.
Tempur-Pedic, Stearns & Foster, Beautyrest, and iComfort products include a 10-year manufacturer warranty plus a 15-year Snooze Extension Warranty (total of 25 years). The manufacturer warranty must be used first before any Snooze Extension Warranty applies.
